About the Role
Production Line Leader: Primarily responsible for the supervision and operation of the High care areas. Ensuring a safe working environment and satisfying all customer demands
Key responsibilities
- To ensure that all members of the team follow company policies and that Health and Safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient running of production line to meet planned volume targets.
- Ensure food safety requirements are fulfilled.
- To ensure quality of product made meets customer specification and quality standards – with clear attention to detail of requirements.
- To complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line, including updating records to show what has been completed and notes of any issues.
- To give clear guidance / instructions to line operators – act as a role model for best practice.
- Good team member but also the ability to work off own initiative.
- To maintain the highest possible standards of housekeeping and GMP within the production areas.
- Play an active part in continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a face pace environment with a can-do attitude.
About You
This role is physical, applicants MUST be prepared to be team players and have a flexible approach to support our ever-growing production department. You must be prepared to adhere to food hygiene standards.

Shift Work rotating weekly: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
Salary:
£13.89 per hour
