What do you do at Bridge Cheese?
I carry out repairs and general maintenance on the machines at Bridge Cheese.
How long have you worked at Bridge Cheese?
I have been working at Bridge Cheese for two years and it is my introduction to the food industry.
What excites you most about your job?
The chance to further my knowledge of the different aspects of engineering.
What is your superpower at work?
My ability to always give the task I have been given the best go at completing it that I can.
What do you like the most about working for Bridge Cheese?
The bonds I have made with my co-workers.
Favourite cheese and why?
My favourite cheese is mature Cheddar because of the taste and making different meals with it.
