What do you do at Bridge Cheese?
Officially I am a machine operative in grating but, with the company developing and changing, I currently work in every department when they need cover for breaks etc. I’m in debox, packaging, palletising, processing.
How long have you worked at Bridge Cheese?
I’ve worked at Bridge Cheese for the past five months; this is my first job in the food industry.
What excites you most about your job?
My job is a mixture of all areas – this gives me the opportunity to learn about each department, and this challenges me.
What is your superpower at work?
I easily adapt to every situation I face at work and work well within my team, which makes everything run smoothly. Some may say I make them smile and laugh.
What do you like the most about working for Bridge Cheese?
I have worked in a fair few companies, but Bridge Cheese stands out as they are very transparent and everyone knows their duties. Also, there is a family atmosphere within the company.
Favourite cheese and why?
My favourite cheese is the staff Mexican Mix, as it is a mixture. I love the different flavours and on food it is tasty and delicious.
